Email Settings – SMTP and email templates

SMTP Settings

Using default WordPress mailing

 

1) Navigate to Reggie/Email Settings/SMTP Settings then enter details for the “From” email details and “Name” details, then click update.

 

 


Admin Email Template

List of variables that will show the dynamic values in the email:

 

{client_name} – The name of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{client_email} – The email of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{event_name} – The name of the event that was registered by the client will be placed in this variable.
{register_count} – The number of registered guests will be placed in this variable.
{cancel_count} – The number of cancelled guests will be placed in this variable.

These are the follow settings the can be updated in the Reggie/Email Settings/Admin Email Template:

  • Admin Email Checkbox – If the checkbox is checked the admin will be notified through email everytime a user registers for the event.
  • Admin Email Template – The email outline for admin when he accepts emails about client registration.

 


User Email Template

List of variables that will show the dynamic values in the email:

 

{client_name} – The name of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{client_email} – The email of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{event_name} – The name of the event that was registered by the client will be placed in this variable.
{date_time_from} – The start date and time of the event will be placed in this variable.
{date_time_to} – The enddate and time of the event will be placed in this variable.
{event_page} – The url of the event page will be placed in this variable.
{event_location_details} – The location of the event will be placed in this variable.

These are the follow settings the can be updated in the Reggie/Email Settings/User Email Template:

  • User Email Checkbox – If the checkbox is checked the user will receive the details of their registration.
  • User Email Template – The email outline for user when he/she accepts the email about their registration.

 


 

User Cancel Email Template

List of variables that will show the dynamic values in the email:

 

{client_name} – The name of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{client_email} – The email of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{event_name} – The name of the event that was registered by the client will be placed in this variable.
{event_page} – The url of the event page will be placed in this variable.

  • User Cancel Email Checkbox – If the checkbox is checked the user will receive the details of their cancellation.
  • User Cancel Email Template – The email outline for user when he/she accepts the email about their cancellation.

Verification Email Template

List of variables that will show the dynamic values in the email:

 

{client_name} – The name of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{event_name} – The name of the event that was registered by the client will be placed in this variable.
{verification_code} – The code for verification will be placed in this variable.

These are the follow settings the can be updated in the Reggie/Email Settings/Admin Email Template:

  • Verification Email Checkbox – If the checkbox is checked the guest will receive the verification email to verify their registration
  • Verification Email Template – The email outline for user when he/she accepts verification emails.

 


Update Event Email Template

List of variables that will show the dynamic values in the email:

 

{client_name} – The name of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{client_email} – The email of the user that registered for an appointment will be placed in this variable.
{event_name} – The name of the event that was registered by the client will be placed in this variable.
{date_time_from} – The start date and time of the event will be placed in this variable.

  • Update Event Email Checkbox – If the checkbox is checked the users that are already registered to the event will accept the email when an event is updated..
  • Update Event Email Template – The email outline for user when he/she accepts the email about the update of the event.
